Barry is an experienced manager specializing in growth, change management and business turnarounds in the technology sector. He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Corporate Management and Master of Business Administration.

Barry has extensive international business experience and has held a number of director positions in both National and International companies, including a US Fortune 500 company. He is a member of both the New Zealand Institute of Management and The Institute of Directors and is on the board of directors of a number of private companies.

Most recently, Barry was involved in the acquisition and turnaround of Task Transactions, from a loss making position to a multimillion dollar Australasian business.

Greg Jones

Director, ECom Corporation Limited

Greg has widespread experience in the banking and financial industry and former senior executive of Dorchester Pacific Finance. Greg holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from Auckland University and is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors.

A director of a number of private companies, he is also very active in community being a trustee on the Melons Bay School board and an active soccer and cricket coach.

With Greg's strong focus on customer acquisition, and service delivery, Greg played a critical part with Barry in the acquisition and growth of Task Transactions.
